必須承認，我喜歡很多老頭，也願意靠近他們，不僅得到智慧與啓迪，還可以就近靠近榜樣們。在我的人生目標中，最大的一個就是：將來成為一個好玩的老頭，就像我現在喜歡的好多老頭一樣。

老爺子似乎對好多事情都如對汽車一般感興趣。大傢一提到他，就會想起畫傢這稱謂，可在我眼裏，他是文字第一，木刻第二，畫畫第三。這可不是故弄玄虛，不信，您翻翻他的書看一看，從頭到尾，你都能找到開懷大笑的機會，然而文章寫的可不都是喜劇，甚至更多是悲劇，但文字中，總能釋懷並化解。當然，湖南人筆下，怎會沒有嬉笑怒罵的辣，可各種情緒總是被他調適得很好，讓你笑中有淚地完成一段文字旅程。甚至我認為，當下中國文壇，各路寫散文的高手，超齣老爺子的少之又少，更何況，麵對黃永玉這個名字，想占有他一幅畫幾乎沒可能，但花百八十塊錢，占有他寫的幾本書並因此分享他的智慧、思考與幽默本事，這便宜占大瞭。

一想也是，從那個年代走過來的，沒點兒樂觀真不行。估計也有不少好老頭，被摺騰給擋在老年之外，也就靠著樂觀與豁達，丁聰們走到人生的終點。2009年，老爺子走瞭。麵對這一消息，我沒有傷感，既然老爺子用自己的一輩子，把笑容變成瞭一種力量，那我們乾嗎不用笑容來紀念他？
