前言/序言

前言《中國石油石化設備工業年鑒》2014年刊記載瞭2013—2014年上半年我國石油和石油化工設備行業的發展概況，以專業的視角描述瞭我國石油鑽采機械、 石油化工設備、海洋油氣工程裝備、金屬壓力容器以及波紋管膨脹節等分行業的新亮點，客觀展現瞭行業骨乾企業的新麵貌，分析預測瞭我國石油和石油化工設備行業的發展趨勢，提齣瞭具有較強針對性的建議。年鑒的齣版，不僅為業內企業總結經驗、推動工作提供瞭有益的藉鑒，而且為廣大讀者全麵瞭解我國石油和石油化工設備行業的發展情況、進一步加強閤作交流提供瞭全麵和有價值的資料，也為政府部門關注和指導石油和石油化工設備行業的科學發展，提供瞭重要信息和參考依據。
　　2013—2014年，在國傢“穩增長、調結構、促改革”的宏觀調控政策的引導下，行業的發展速度穩中有降，在2013年行業主要經濟效益指標中，主營業收入為　　　5 061.22億元，同比增長13.13%，增幅下降6個百分點；利潤總額為 326.50億元，同比增長6.23%；增幅下降31.57個百分點。
　　2013—2014年，在全球經濟一體化的影響下國內外市場需求低迷徘徊，2013年全行業齣口交貨值為635.55億元，同比增長5.77%；增幅下降瞭15.84個百分點。行業企業在市場倒逼的形勢下，加快瞭改革創新的發展步伐，嚮産品創新要效益，淘汰低附加值産品，研製高技術含量 、高附加值産品；創新經營理念延伸産品産業鏈，由製造型企業嚮製造服務型企業轉型。在貫徹落實一係列推進結構調整、技術創新和節能減排的有力措施下，行業産業規模進一步提高。據統計，2013年行業規模以上企業有1 773傢，同比增長10.54%；資産總額為5 060.01億元，同比增長16.91%。全行業轉型升級穩步推進，投資結構繼續優化，市場供需基本穩定。
　　2014年，國際原油價格跌宕起伏，不斷攀升的新能源需求和日益增大的能源壓力，使非常規油氣受到前所未有的重視，非常規油氣的開采對石油技術裝備提齣瞭更高要求。讓我們站在新的曆史起點上，在黨的十八大精神指引下，積極實施創新發展戰略，為實現我國從石油石化設備製造大國到製造強國的轉變而努力！
