內容簡介

　　法律文化是一個宏觀的法學新思維，它滲透在人類的法律實踐活動之中。法律文化既體現在作為隱性的法律意識形態之中，也體現在作為顯性的法律製度性結構之中。法律文化既是曆史文化的遺留，也是現實的人類創造。本書作者詳細梳理瞭英美國傢的法律文化，視野寬闊、論點紮實，深入淺齣的內容很適閤作為廣大院校的法律文化教科書。《英美法律文化教程》是“全國高等院校法律英語專業統編教材”係列之一。作者為中國政法大學的張法連教授。本書共有三部分組成：一部分為英國法律文化知識介紹；第二部分珠嶴介紹美國法律文化知識；第三部分為選擇閱讀，主要介紹英美法係的加拿大、澳大利亞及新加坡的法律文化知識。

作者簡介

　　張法連，中國政法大學、同濟大學教授，博士研究生導師。曾編寫多部法律英語教材，如《大學法律英語教程》《大學法律英語高級教程》《英美法律術語詞典》等。
