這本書的中譯本是很多年前看的第一部西德尼的小說，語言流暢，情節吸引人，閱讀起來一氣嗬成，從此喜歡上瞭他的小說，想辦法讀瞭能找到的其他的小說。一直想讀一下英語版本，後來齣國工作期間想辦法去找西德尼英文版的小說，但沒有讀到If Tomorrow comes.現在國內也可以買到瞭，買一本存著。順便說一句西德尼中文版的小說差不多快攢齊瞭，英文的也好幾本瞭。
