換瞭兩次貨、一次不如一次...不知道說什麼瞭。給兩分是因為兩次換貨的包裝都是直接套個袋子，無任何保護措施就送過來瞭。且之前已經和客服溝通過瞭，幫我備注瞭用箱子加氣泡膜包裝。可是打包環節依舊是老樣子。（購買時廣州配貨，庫存最後一本，雖說商品有瑕疵。但是至少用瞭盒子加充氣袋包裝，兩次換貨都是上海倉庫，都是塑料袋裝書，導緻外殼被砸爛變形。詳細見圖），說真的，這兩次換貨讓我對京東很是失望，這樣的換貨不知道意義在哪裏。明明可以避免的（包幾層氣泡膜成本也不高吧）...希望有關部門好好反思...實在不想再吐槽瞭...因為反正說瞭幾次好像也沒什麼效果。所以如果其他賣傢要買完美的精裝書收藏建議選擇彆傢。當然如果你想碰運氣...當我沒說。另外說下客服態度還是蠻不錯的、但是溝通時達成的意見卻無法真正實行落實...還有辛苦瞭給我送貨取貨的快遞員。

1、此書有包裝盒，盒麵上有個洞，如圖所示，就是巴金斯傢敞開的門，很有創意，而且盒子的硬度不易損壞。2、裏麵有兩個冊子，一個內含4張超大號地圖，一個是關於地圖的詳細說明。3、如果想對中土有更全麵的瞭解，此書是很好的幫手，你可以當它是很有用但並不枯燥的工具書。4、所以這是中土迷必藏！
