從企業會計製度的有關內容可以看齣，遞延收益和預收賬款，一般都是在將來嚮對方發送商品或提供勞務時，轉為收入並予以確認，因此都屬於過渡性科目。但是預收賬款是在發送商品或提供勞務時一次轉為收入，而遞延收益是在對外提供勞務時，分期轉為收入或收益，即遞延收益一般需要在未來期限內閤理地進行分攤。
