書價略貴，搞活動買的，序言把這本書說的很神，看瞭20個單詞，還是要堅持不懈纔有效果，擴充瞭詞匯要經常用到纔有意義，買瞭是為瞭看英文小說更順暢的

書脊的內膠少，開裂瞭。我自己拿膠水又粘瞭一把。感覺這書意義不大，選的詞都是足夠作者講一篇大段的詞，隻是把詞義解釋得比一般詞典更加細緻、精準而已。然而沒有對記憶方法的指導，比如這個詞的詞根詞綴的分析、這個詞的由來分析，都沒有。沒有幫助讀者記憶的作用的一本詞匯書還不如一本普通的詞典。目前為止，我個人覺得相對最好用的英語詞典還是AHD（American Heritage Dictionary of English language）。AHD有app版，雖然要付費買license，百來塊錢，但是我覺得很值。每個單詞的多重意思都很好的梳理瞭和區分，詞根詞綴也有分析，便於記憶。當然詞根詞綴分析最好的還是online etymology dictionary。AHD的唯一不足之處在於，例句少。例句最好的還是屬韋氏高階，但韋氏高階的詞義解釋不夠細化，一詞多義的情況沒有全部羅列。一個在AHD裏有四五條解釋的單詞，在W-M裏經常就隻剩一條瞭，這種情況太多瞭。總結下來，我真沒發現一個讓我各方麵都完全滿意的詞典。
