作者簡介

袁傑英，1955年起先後就讀於中央美術學院和中央工藝美術學院，1960年畢業後留校任教，並繼續從師瀋從文先生、雷圭元教授研修中國服裝史和民間服飾，現為教授、研究生指導教師，是我國高校服裝專業創建人之一，享受國傢特殊貢獻津貼待遇。曾為中央工藝美術學院服裝設計係主任、中國服裝設計師協會副主席。現為中國服裝設計師協會理事、專傢委員會委員、北京服裝紡織行業協會專業顧問、《裝飾》雜誌顧問等職。曾被授予學術成就奬和榮譽奬章。著有《中國傳統服飾》（《中國》係列叢書之一，中文版、英文版、法文版、香港中文繁體字版，外文齣版社齣版）；《中國旗袍》（中英文版，紡織齣版社齣版）；《中國曆代服飾史》（高等教育齣版社齣版）；《服裝模特錶演藝術》（輕工業齣版社齣版）；《20世紀中國服裝設計師足跡》（遼寜齣版社齣版）等。
