##很practical的一本书吧，读下来也不费力但是如果自身没有ux经验的话就比较难relate。如果自己已经有些经验了看这本书还是很有一个比较好的框架的。

##看上去比较美但感觉不够实用。UX的部分没觉着跟其他书里的working flow有重大差异，不同点感觉仅仅在于强调了快速迭代设计-->验证-->开发的过程以及cross functional team之间的collaborative design。且不说这个collaborative design效率究竟如何，光是这个把PM和dev拉进design讨论的idea实现起来就够费劲的了吧。
