比如，孩子喜歡重復聽or看同一本書。比如，孩子對有動畫片輸入的係列會更感興趣。比如，剛開始的小朋友會喜歡大幅的圖畫or色彩鮮艷的動物。比如，孩子喜歡看接近自己生活or行為主題的書。

最早，我也很功利的希望Jerry能夠多看一些英文書，甚至減少中文書的購買。這樣可以提高Jerry的英文水平。但當你持續實施閱讀時，你真的會發現，語言隻是一種文字。我們不應該過分關注於“學語言”，而是應該堅持“閱讀”，閱讀孩子想看的書。對書的內容做一些篩選和把關。同時，擴充孩子看書的廣度。孩子就像一塊“海綿”，他/她對未知的世界其實都很好奇，你給他/她什麼，她/他就會吸收什麼。
