Figure Drawing: Design and Invention is an instructional figure drawing book geared towards the novice and experienced artist alike. This book emphasizes a simplified understanding of surface anatomy, in order to clarify the mechanics of the figure, facilitate invention, and ultimately create a skill-set that can be successfully applied to other media. In addition, this book focuses very strongly on practical usage, making sure the artist is able to assimilate the steps presented here into a cohesive working process. 评分##这本就牛逼了，这本不光是解剖了，是TM艺术。。。可惜国内一直没有出版，啃的太慢只能看图猜了
评分##虽然MH说有了视频就不用书，俺倒觉得对于不能享受课程指导只有视频的人来说书更加详细，可以提示视频里忽视掉的内容，视频反而是辅助，里面美美的例图也多。两者都看最好，只是顺序有点不一样～啃啃啃啃～

评分##Yesterday, when I was surfing the web, I watched a video about Garfield, deeply wake me up and recalled when I was young, maybe 11–12 years old, I ever learned pencil sketch, traditional Chinese painting and gouache, last year I learned a little bit oil painting and stopped, maybe now is a good timing to start again
