內容簡介

　　《一帶一路的國際法律視野》是國內外*一本關於“一帶一路”與當代國際法專題的書，匯集瞭在香港2015“一帶一路”國際論壇提交的近30篇學術論文。本書主要探討在“一帶一路”戰略提齣的背景下的國際法律視野，以及香港在“一帶一路”戰略中的角色。根據論文議題，本書分編為四部分，即：專傢觀點篇、列國法律專傢論“一帶一路”篇、“一帶一路”百年機遇篇、國際法與“一帶一路”戰略篇。
