评分读完感觉只是 just so so 的理性思考建议和管理者日常原则,都是各处可见的通泛道理,没有剑走偏锋的个人妙招,失望。
评分##后半部分对我这种职场小白来说比较远,弃了三分之一吧。个人感觉哪怕是对管理者,两国不同的文化氛围也使得很多原则并不适用。当然,对我个人而言,关于头脑开放和封闭的说法还是很有启发,任何时候对任何人,都应该成为一个头脑开放的人。
