階梯延綿，麯摺婉轉，忽而平緩，忽而陡峭，奇石斷壁，巧奪天工，一邊緩慢登山一邊不忘觀景，景物變化無常而觀景之心愈加好奇，越是往上登，周圍的視野也隨之開闊暢視。

七娘山不止山峰奇險地煥然，景色爛漫，再之就是它的人道管理很閤理，很到位。上山時，衣冠整齊的警衛員很禮貌地招呼登記姓名、登山人數、上山時間、還有待會下山再一次確認並登記下山時間，倘若遇上瞭下雨天氣，他們會耐心講解登山的注意事項，勸解登山者改天再到此安全登山。山上的每一段地方，大約100米的海拔距離都為登山者準備瞭免費的手機充電器，用於登山者不時之需，並搭建瞭避雨亭。特彆在山的最高處，還安排有警衛值班，招待登山者，對山峰各個地方為登山者作解說，勤勤勉勉，讓登山者由衷感到到位，尊敬，舒適。

經常散步行走，偶爾登山健身，很好地鍛煉瞭腿部的肌肉。到達400多海拔的時候，停下來喝口從山腳下買來的“七娘山礦質水”，甘涼的感覺滲透全身，身體在水分的補給下，更加充滿瞭活力，強勁的步伐繼續嚮上。
