评分##Lucid非常适合用来读这种学术性没那么强的、更浅显的大众读物。Paper读多了,会发现其实一本书的70%都是功能性的filler,而不是真正有价值的insights. 但这本书30%篇幅的insights,非常值得花费一定的时间反复阅读并记笔记。
评分##道理简单,方法具体。总之需要专注,不要被外界的物或人过于分散你的注意力,手机等只是你的工具,你想要什么,怎么度过你的人生,把时间花在哪,成为怎样的人是关键。
